ileana accepts Tarun Film

Saturday, October 13th, 2007

Why would the best-paid heroine accept a film with a hero who is barely in the film industry? The paycheque, of course, and maybe a good story had made her do it.

Tarun is still grappling with the fallouts of his disastrous romance with Arthi Agarwal. Though everybody keeps constantly talking about him, nothing much has happened in terms of film offers. There were constant rumors that he has decided to switch to real-estate dealings. But he is very much in the film industry and has managed to convince Bellamakonda Suresh to make a film with him.

Now, Bellamakonda Suresh probably was aware that the film needs a very popular heroine to inspire the crowds to come to the theatres. Ileana happened to be his first choice.

Ileana, it seems, has agreed to star in the film for an astronomical rate of Rs 1 Crore!!! For the time being, this is just a rumor. But, if it is true, it really would be surprising.

It would make her the highest paid actress in the history of south Indian film industry!

Climax of happy Days Changed

Saturday, October 13th, 2007

Monali and VamsiDid you know the climax for Happy Days was changed after the initial list of buyers shown to had condemned that it will have a negative impact on the movie. The original climax was planned like this: After Shankar sees Sangeeta dancing away with another lover on her birthday, Shankar attempts suicide.

Then Sangeeta breaks down at the hospital and has a change of heart for Shankar. She then joins the Famous Five - Appu, Madhu, Tyson, Rajesh and Chandu - along with Shankar. The feedback given by the initial buyers was that it will set a wrong precedent for students to attempt suicide. That’s how, Happy Days had a different climax! How many Directors have guts to change climax after the reels are rolled down.

Its Jr.NTR after megastar

Monday, October 1st, 2007

‘Nachore Nachore Yamadonga Contest’ is the program that is going to be aired on MAA TV. The selection process is going on for the program where the contestants have to dance for the songs in ‘Yamadonga’. Many have shown good caliber in emulating the dance. But the ‘nachore..’ step is found very hard for many.

After ‘veena step’ of Chiranjeevi in ‘Indra’, it’s now the ‘nachore step’ of Jr NTR that is highly popular. Jr NTR after becoming slim is very aggressive in doing very hard steps on screen. Even his next film ‘Kantree’ also will showcase his dancing talent that is unique.

Coming to the contest, the best performers will be selected and the finals will be held as a public show, say the sources.
