Prince Mahesh Babu normally keeps a safe distance from the media. But in a rare interaction on the other day, Mahesh talked about his films and his life. The media persons wanted to know about his new film.
Prince said that he will start work on his new film tentatively titled as ‘Varudu’ sometime in June. Some speculation has been going on in the media that he was going in for a six pack abs for his role in his new film. Mahesh pointed to his body and asked if he was sporting a six pack body.
He said that it may be the in-thing in the industry now, in Tollywood, Kollywood and Mollywood. But as far as he was concerned, he preferred to have a natural look. In fact, Mahesh Babu has actually shed some weight after Athidhi and is now much leaner in his looks as well as physique. Mahesh Babu took six months off after Athidhi and there will be no film of his in 2008. His new film will hit the screens only in the second quarter of 2009.
