Poonam Bajwa, the Puna based girl began her Tollywood career with the film Modhati Cinema of director Kuchipudi Venkat and hero Navadeep. But that film was a disappointment to all the team.

Again she got the chance to act opposite Nag in Boss. But that film failed to get crowds at the box office. This entire episode made her career dim. She couldn’t find a film in Telugu.

Now she is playing a very vital role in Allu Arjun’s film Parugu- it is not second heroine- then what- it is suspense till the film released.

Parugu- the film of Allu Arjun is all set hit the screens on 1st May and the story line in the whispers is that the story might be the similar to that of Megastar’s daughter Srija & Sirish love marriage episode.

Chiru’s daughter episode eloped with her boyfriend and got married to him secretly. It was a big news for the print and electronic media for a month, as Srija being the daughter of a big celebrity.

Now the director is going to show the great bond between the daughter (Sheela) and her father (Prakashraj) and how the father broken down when his lovely daughter runs away from the house with her lover.

We have to wait and see- how far the story is true-1st May it will be cleared!

The hot summer is going to be stiff competition at the Tollywood box office. Big and small budget film are releasing in this summer.

Parugu- Bunny’s film is releasing after 15 months. His last release was in January 2007 and Parugu releasing after 15 months gap. The successful director Bommarillu Bhaskar and successful producer Dil Raju are making the film and the expectations on this film are obviously high.

The film is releasing on 1st of May.

Kantri: Aswini Dutt is making this high budget film. The film is planned to release on 7th May. The film is going to release with high number of prints and theatre, it is planned more prints than NTR’s Yamadonga.

Meher Ramesh who was the associate of Poori Jagannath is making debut in Telugu with this film and every one expecting Poori’s style in this film.

Bujjigaudu- Made in Chennai.-Poori Jagannath;s Bujjigadu- Made in Chennai is releasing on 16th May. Prabhas and Trisha re playing lead roles. Mohanbabu is playing the vital role. Hindi music director Sandeep Chowtha is composing the music. Prabhas is playing the role of Rajinikanth’s fan in this film.

KS Rama Rao is making the film and it is gain high budget film. As Poori is a successful director, audience are expecting something special from Poori with this film.

Pandurangadu- The film with Bhakthi+Rakhthi is to release on 28th May, the birthday of late Sri NTR. Balakrishna fans are expecting a lot from this devotional flick as the director K Raghavendar Rao is well known for his making of devotional flicks.

It is also heard that the film is already sold AP distribution rights for rs22 crores.

Along these four films, many more films such as Erra samudram, Brahmanadam Drama compmnay, Sangamam etc. are releasing in the month of May.

All together Tollywood is going to make more than Rs100 crores business in the month of May.

Dil Raju was speaking to the media about his current film Parugu in Hyderabad along with Bunny and Bhaskar on 20th April.

Dil Raju said ‘We planned the film Parugu to release on 25th April earlier, but Chiranjeevi gaaru asked to maintain 30 days gap from Jalsa as the film is coming from the same family of Mega star. So we have decided to release the film on 1st May’.

IPL Cricket match is going to be held in Hyderabad Uppal Rajiv Gandhi Cricket stadium today evening at 8pm.

The match will be held between Hyderabad Decaan chragers and Delhi. VV S Laksman is the captain of Hyderabad and Verendra Shewag is the captain of Delhi team. The 20twenty match will start at 8pm and ends at 11pm.

Many film stars are likely to watch this match in the stadium. Ramcharan and Allu Arjun are going to encourage the Hyderabad team.

Director Bommarillu Bhaskar’s highly anticipated second film Parugu starring stylish hero Allu Arjun and Sheela in the lead roles is ready for the summer audiences. Megastar Chiranjeevi released the music of Parugu, the latest film of his nephew and stylish star Allu Arjun. He presented the first cassette to Prakash Raj. The colorful event, coinciding with the birthday of Allu Arjun, was held at Durgam Cheruvu, Hyderabad. Produced by Dil Raju, directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar, the flick has music by Mani Sharma. The lead cast and crew of the film attended the function.

Chiranjeevi spoke at length, reeling out the developments in the film industry. “When you consider the trends in filmmaking, referring to our Telugu industry, it is like a journey. Each face is dominated by Director, producer, hero, music director… like that. Interestingly, we find the powerful presence of the directors now. Coming to producers, Dil Raju has a specialty. He will remain in the pages of history for doing wonderful films, relying much on the talented artistes, technicians and subject. Bhaskar told me about the subject long back. His film Bommarillu is like a lesson dealing with the relationship between parents and children. Manisharma is a great asset to the film. When I asked Bunny whether he is showing six-pack body again, he just said he was limiting himself to clean performance, and expressed his wish to become a good artiste. Now, I am confident, that Bunny would receive the best actor award. Prakash Raj himself said Bunny rocked in the film. Heroine Sheela got praise from her own hero Bunny. I express my good wishes to Bunny on his birthday, and wish the entire team all the best.”

Prakash Raj went emotional: “I am thankful to Dil Raju and Bhaskar for giving me the best role in this film. It is the story of each and every father, who has a daughter. Life will come alive on the screen. I acted with Bunny in his debut film Gangotri. Before he was a hero, he used to come to the sets and watch me constantly. When I asked him why he did so, he said – Dad asked me to do so. There is a lot of difference and growth from Bunny’s Aarya and this film. He would simply rock.”

Director Bhaskar said: “This is my second film. I took great care in preparing the script. Songs and music by Manisharma have come out well. I am sure, this film will entertain all sections of the audiences like my debut film Bommarillu.”

Hero Allu Arjun said: “I did my best in Parugu. As I thought this film would become a milestone in my career, I requested Chiranjeevi (garu) to grace the function and release the audio. For the first time I am doing a film with music by Manisharma. I am thankful to one and all in the unit for all their cooperation and collective efforts.”

Producer Dil Raju also spoke, expressing birthday wishes to Allu Arjun. He thanked Manisharma and Bhaskar for their best efforts.

After Desamuduru Allu Arjun has taken nearly 14 months for his next film Parugu to release.

‘Parugu‘ is the flick that is going to be released during summer has got three negative talk in the market, first negative talk is this happens to be second movie for director Bhaskar which usually is a challenge of second flick sentiment.

Second negative point is Arjun so far could give hit flicks only with heroines which happens to be their first flicks.

Third negative talk is, Sheela starred movies before were utter flops.
