He is shouting on Nagarjuna and balakrishna?

Sunday, May 11th, 2008
Nagarjuna is a man who hardly bears egoistic personalities. He cannot get along with them, he being a dominating personality. Balakrishna is highly intolerant with the people those show their airs. He cannot tolerate people who talk to him in high-voice and sometimes getting irritated openly on face. K Raghavendra Rao is a ’silent muni’ as many say who hardly moves with anyone beside him. But Bharavi, who is an egoist and vociferous by nature is dancing on the heads of these three.

There are several instances when Bharavi shouted on K Raghavendra Rao during Pandurangadu shooting and the audio sittings of his mythological serials. But Raghavendra Rao tolerates him with a smile. Same is the case with Nag and Balakrishna.

All this is because of outstanding talent of Bharavi. This is a lesson for many. One should know where he can get connected with his work. He has to explore the point where his talent and passion meets opportunity. Then none can shake him and he enjoys monopoly. Same is happening with Bharavi. He connected himself to mythological subjects in highly commercial way. Earlier he tried his hands in some social films and burnt hands.

Sunday, May 11th, 2008

It is now a new ‘in thing’ in the industry for big heroes to gift expensive things like swanky cars and flats to the select unit members of their hit films.

Hero Balakrishna is now reported to be planning to gift Bharavi, the scriptwriter of Pandurangadu with a big three bedroom deluxe flat. The flat is said to be located in the Film Nagar area as per the grapevine. The gift is in appreciation for his excellent work for the film Pandurangadu. Balayya is very confident of the success of the film. Hence he decided to reward Bharavi in advance.

It may be recalled that Nagarjuna did a similar thing after the success of Sri Ramadasu. He gave a similar gift to JK Bharavi. Bharavi is lucky as he is getting a good name and fame with his work and also getting additional property-gifts.

Mohanbabu now has seriously given up hero roles. He switched to special characters a while ago and with Yama Donga clicking in a big way other directors are eager to rope in this versatile actor in their films.
Mohanbabu did an interesting role in Bujjigadu which is due for release.
Now he is doing an important role in Balakrishna’s Pandurangadu who guides the protagonist in a right way. His is a saintly role in this film and in a brief moment it will leave an impact on the audience, the makers say.
Nandamuri fans now hope that Mohanbabu who played an important role in young NTR’s Yamadonga success is all set to share the success of NBK’s Pandurangadu too. Mohanbabu has always remained a good friend to Balakrishna and for some specific reasons Nandamuri fans too likes this ‘celebrity’!

With the shortage of theatres, Arvind is forced to withdraw Jalsa from some theatre, to accommodate his son Bunny’s Parugu. But Pawan Fans are not happy with this situation.

NBK says Everybody has the right to float a party

Monday, April 28th, 2008

Actor Nandamuri Balakrishna on Sunday said that he is ready to contest the coming Assembly elections as a Telugu Desam candidate. He said it is up to the TD high command to decide on whether to give him a ticket or a party post. Speaking to a local news channel here, Balakrishna said he would wait for an appropriate time to formally announce his entry into politics.

Balakrishna, who with his brother, Mr Nandamuri Harikrishna, has been convinced by the Telugu Desam chief, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, to put aside bitter differences and support the latter’s Mee Kosam rath yatra, addressed a public meeting organised by the TD before unveiling a statue of his father, the late N.T. Rama Rao, at the mandal headquarters of G. Konduru near here.

The event was loaded with political significance as TD men joined hands with the actor’s fans. Till now, TD activists never worked with Balakrishna or his aides. According to sources, TD leaders had planned to hold a big rally to mark the occasion. Responding to a question, Balakrishna refused to give his views on superstar Chiranjeevi’s launch of a political party, saying only, “Everybody has the right to float a party.”
