With his last film Okkamagadu becoming the biggest flop of his filmy career, Balakrishna is getting ready to pounce back with Pandurangadu movie. Balakrishna is all set to entertain his fans and also other audience with his acting skills and performance in Pandarangadu.

To make this movie a major hit or otherwise a come back film, Balkrishna is not leaving any stone untured. He is shooting his role with great dedication, sincierity and effort. A simple example is the mark on his forehead.

When a press meeting was held recently by the Pandurangadu team, Balakrishna was present there and a dark mark was there on his fore head. Every body thought that it was tilakam or kumkuma bottu at the function. But it is not the fact….

The fact is that Balakrishna has hurt himself on his for head. This happened when he was shooting for Pandurangadu film. Balayya had to shoot for a king’s scene where he had to place a crown on his head. Director Raghavendra Rao asked him to complete the shot with a dummy crown but Balakrishna chose to do the shot with a real and heavy crown. The crown was heavy and also didnt seat properly on the head of Balayya resulting in an injury on his fore head due to the continous pressure by the crown during the scenes.

NBK’s Panduranagdu music will be released on 27th April in Chinthalapudi Panduranga Temple.

A press meet was organized today (7th April) in Hyderabad and released promos and publicity posters of the film.

MM Keeravaani said that he is coming up with 16 tracks for this film.

The two songs-Hey.. Krishna Mukandamure and Amma ani pilichina from original Panduranga Mahathyam have been retained for this film.

K Raghavendar Rao is directing the film. Sneha and Tabu arein female lead roles. Chandra Bose,Suddala Ashoka Teja, Veturi and Vedavyas are providing the lyrics for this devotional flick.

As filmnagar sources, Srikanth is playing a special role in NBK’s Panduranagadu with director K Raghavendar Rao.

It was Srikanth wish to do a film with Balakrishna. He acted with all the top stars like Megastar in SDZB, Sankranthi with Venkatesh and a film Ninne Premista with Nag.

Now KRR fulfilled his wish to work with Balakrishna.

NBK shocked with the result of Okka Magadu at the box office. NBK blindly believes his directors and signs the films. He himself told that he didn’t go through the Okka Magadu story thoroughly before signing the film.

Now this film has taught a lesson to Balakrishna. And he is taking all possible care to sign the films there after.

According to filmanagr sources, He is watching the Hollywood flicks; he is getting DVD’s from USA. His son-in-law and daughter are helping. And he is reviewing the films and he is carrying his laptop where ever he moves and watching the films in that Laptop.

His son in law and daughter are advising him to act in the movies that would be appropriate to his standards.

This Panduranagadu is going to Cambodia in the first week of March to participate in the song shoot of Panduranagadu

Pandurangadu which is being made in the direction of versatile director Raghavendra Rao and NBR as hero will be released on May 9th. The film was actually supposed to be released on Ugadi. But later on the released was postponed. Now the flick is getting ready and the director is sure that it will be ready by 9th May. The film unit will be moving to Pandurangapuram on 12th February and will continue the third schedule on that day. Balaya will play dual role of both Rang and Panduranga in this movie. This film is being produced by RK associates and Sneha, Tabu, Suhasini, and Archana will be playing the lead female characters. MM Keeravani is the music director for this film.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Pandurangadu shoot is progressing at Ramoji Film City. Master Vijayan is composing a fight sequence. K Raghavendar rao is directing the film and the director is in hurry to release the film in the coming summer and major part of shoot is completed.

Balakrishna is playing dual role- One as Panduranagadu- a devotee of Lord Krishna and another role as Lord Krishna. Tabu and Sneha are playing female leads. Archana is playing the role of Rukmini. MM Keeravaani is composing the music.

The Balakrishna starrer ‘Pandurangadu‘ will enter into a new schedule from January 5th-2008. K Raghavedra Rao is directing this film. K Krishnamohana Rao is producing the on the RK Film Associates banner. Suhasini and Veda are playing the roles of Rukmini and Sathyabhama. Sneha , Priyamani and Tabu are aloes in the star cast. M M Keeravani is the music director. Story and screenplay is by J K Bharavi. The film is expected to hit the screens in August 2008.
